Your affiliates must make sure that they are using the same device and browser (not in anonym mode) for the registration after they click on your link. They can also use your referral key during registration.

If a user uses your affiliate link, but during the registration, uses a referral key from someone else, the commission for the first purchase will be received by the affiliate with a referral key. Then if the client uses a discount code above 10 % advertised by our company, you will get 15 % from their next purchase).

​Conversion/Commission from custom discount code not received:

If it is the user's first purchase and they are registered under someone else affiliate link/referral key, you won´t get a commission, as commission for the first purchase has priority. This applies even if it is a second purchase and the affiliate who referred the client did not receive a commission for the first purchase (This happens if the client uses a discount code above 10 % advertised by our company).

​Also, there is a limit of 10 conversions per client.

For example, if you have received a bonus from the first purchase and the client also used 9 times your custom discount code, you won't get any further conversions/commission from that client.

If the user uses a discount for account reset in their dashboard (account extras), the affiliate partner is not entitled to any recurring or other bonus).
