How to request a refund

A refund of the initial fee is possible if:

  1. There is no trading activity on the account you have purchased

  2. The account is not older than 30 days from the date of initial purchase

If you begin trading on your evaluation, on one of our offered models, you are no longer eligible to request a refund.

How to receive a refund

All refunds are issued through the original payment method. This process usually takes 2-5 business days for the funds to arrive in your bank account.

If you have chosen the cryptocurrency payment option, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund, even though you did not place any trades on your account. The reason is strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) security measures. To avoid legal issues, we had to stop processing crypto refunds at this time.

Also, it is important to note that there is no maximum trading days or time limit, however, after 90 days of inactivity, the account is disabled and there is no entitlement to a refund.

To avoid this deactivation, you need to place at least one trade in this period. This applies also to newly purchased accounts on which you did not place any trade.

After this request, you will lose access to your E8x account

E8 Markets Right to Terminate Personal Account

E8 Markets has full authority to terminate contracts and deactivate your personal account if there's any breach of our Terms & Conditions. This could result in account deactivation, the forfeiture of any funds, and possible bans from accessing E8 Markets services.
