Yes, all users must go through our double verification system in order to receive an E8 Trader account.

First, You have to go through verification in your dashboard.

During this verification, you need to provide a valid document that is accepted by Veriff ( Supported documents) and take a picture of yourself. Thanks to this verification we can check if the account is truly used and operated by the existing person. This usually takes only a few minutes.

Then after you pass our evaluation process, you need to sign the contract of the E8 Trader account. For this account verification, we require the same documents as you have used for Veriff verification. It can be a passport, ID, or driver's license. We do not require any proof of address and Veriff also does not. This verification may take up to 24 hours.

While we do not require users to go through the verification process to open an account, there are limitations on what an unverified account can do on the E8 platform. Unverified users may only pay in cryptocurrencies, only have access to the evaluation platform, and are not eligible to receive a E8 Trader account until verified.
