Is verification required?

KYC and AML policies

As a regulated business, E8 Markets is required to comply with financial regulations, including laws designed to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. KYC verification also ensures that each user operates only one account, maintaining fairness across our platform.

At E8, we work with trusted KYC providers and conduct regular reviews to verify that our users are real people and legitimate entities to ensure that these practices are not taking place here.

At the end of the day, we are a real business paying real people, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Standard KYC

This is the main verification process.

Acceptable documents:

  • Passport

  • ID Card

  • Driver Licence

  • Residence Permit

The documents supported for each country may vary depending on our KYC partners. If a particular document is not accepted, please use a different one that is.

Process:

The verification is done through our KYC third-party partner Veriff. This process is automated and usually takes only a few minutes.


If verification is not accepted by our KYC partners for any reason, you are unfortunately ineligible to use our services.

Once you see a green check mark and text "Your verification is complete", Veriff has accepted your verification, and you can continue.

What if I do not have verification?

We always recommend to finish standart verification with Veriff first to have full access to all parts of our service; otherwise, you might not be able to:

  • See all available products in checkout

  • See all trading platforms in checkout

  • Access your challenge credentials after your purchase

  • Receive the Performance account after passing your challenge

  • Use our Free Trial​

KYC after passing SimFi™ Challenge

To make sure that the provided documents are not expired, users might be required to take secondary verification so our team can check the validity of the documentation.

Acceptable documents:

  • Passport

  • ID Card

  • Driver Licence

  • Residence Permit

Process:

Once you pass your Challenge, you will obtain a new account. Our relevant team will then manually check your provided KYC information within 24 hours to verify if everything is in order. If the information does not match or there is any problem with the document, our team will contact you to check and edit the information. You will always receive more information at your email.

Phone verification:

Phone verification is not required at this moment, and if you do not have it, it won't limit you in any way. Only in the case that you are from the USA, and you want to utilize the Aeropay option at checkout, you need to verify your phone.


Single User (E8X) Profile policy

Users are only allowed to have a single user profile, so all purchases of our Challenges must be made through one registered user profile. All accounts must be traded solely by their respective owners.

Creating multiple user profiles under different emails or trading accounts from different users is a violation of our terms and conditions and may lead to the temporary or permanent suspension of your active accounts and user profile.
