As a user who wants to manage an E8 Trader account, you should pay close attention to the security. Users are responsible for ensuring that no one gets into their accounts. Users should not share their login credentials with anyone else.
Setting up 2FA adds an extra layer of protection and will ensure that only you have access to your data and credentials.
If you have any suspicion that someone is using your account, please let us know as soon as possible. Late complaints will not be accepted. You can be sure that your credentials and account details are safe with us.
How to set up 2FA:
First, log in to your dashboard and then go to account settings.
Then click on the User settings.
In the upper right corner, turn on your two-factor security.
After that, you can scan the QR code below with an authentication application, such as Google Authenticator (Or enter the code below).
In the last step, you need to type the code created by the authenticator app, and your 2FA is set up.

How to change the Trading Platform password.
In the account overview (Forex in this example), you will click on the key symbol on which you want to change the Trading Platform password. Next to your password, you can see a "regenerate" button.
If you want to change your Trading Platform password, you need to have 2FA security.
