As a user who wants to manage a E8 Trader account, you should pay close attention to the security. Users are responsible for ensuring that no one gets into your account. Users should not provide share their login credentials with anyone else.
Setting up 2FA adds an extra layer of protection, and will ensure that only you have access to your data or credentials.

First, log into your dashboard and then go to account settings.
Then click on the Security tab.

In the lower-left corner, turn on your two-factor security by clicking on "Set 2FA".
After this, you can scan the QR code below with an authentication application, such as Google Authenticator (Or enter the code below).
In the last step, you need to type the code created by the authenticator app and you are done.

How to change the Trading Platform password.
You have two choices on how to change your Trading Platform password.
First, in the account overview (after you log into the dashboard) you can click on the key of the account on which you want to change the Trading Platform password. Then, next to your password click on "Regenerate" and you are done.
Or you can change your password (after you log into the dashboard) by clicking on the E8X of the account on which you want to change the Trading Platform password. Then you just need to click on “Login credentials” and next to your password you will click on "Regenerate" and you are done.
But if you want to change your Trading Platform, you need to have 2FA security.
