After you create an order and pay for an account with the Tradelocker platform, you can find your credentials and server in the accounts overview in your dashboard.
When you click on the key icon, you will be able to locate your login credentials, server name, and also the URL for the webtrader.

When inserting credentials, before you log in, make sure that you have selected the "Log in with Broker / Prop" option
Do not forget to type "E8" into the server column on Tradelocker when you are trying to log in!
If you have multiple accounts, you can easily select between them.
